I had shared with you earlier this Thanksgiving card I created that served a two-fold purpose - it fit the criteria for the SIS blog Fabulous Friday feature that week and it would fulfill the requirements for our November swap theme. For this month's swap, our hostess Sherri Gough, challenged the participants to use a prior weekend sketch challenge and color challenge that had been issued throughout the last year on our team yahoo site. Sherri's card is based on FTL #103 and Color Inspiration #26. I think she did a great job! I really love the Elements of Style stamp set - these colors work so well with it.
Here is Darlene Crockett's card. She used FTL #33 for the sketch and Color Inspiration challenge #53. I love the bright colors! They work well with this fun and cheery With All My Heart stamp set.
And the last one for today is Wendy Boothe's card. She used FTL #84 and Curtain Call Act 28 for the color combination. I love how she created a poinsettia out of the 5-petal punch.. nice job, Wendy, with an untraditional color scheme for a Christmas card!
